It must have an excellent high Page Rank – I don’t want to spend days trying to find it in google
You must guarantee at least a 98% uptime for your server – There is nothing worse then a crashing server

Get the right clients to the site & get them to spend money.
If you are asking about what do you want from an online company who is going to handle your Internet marketing then I would say you want an experienced company that is going to handle your online marketing using proven "white hat" strategies.
There is nothing worse that being penalized by the search engines because you employed an Internet marketing company that utilized spam campaigns.
Also, be sure to ask for references and don’t just accept "testimonials" from the web site.
